LAPOPESSA THE CONCERT
CAST and CREW FAQ FILE
COVID19 GUIDELINES. All cast and crew are encouraged to be fully vaccinated. At the time of this writing, COVID19 guidelines have relaxed, and masks are now optional for all cast and crew. However, masks will be provided as needed, but masks may not be worn during performances. Should CDC and state mandates change in the future, Lapopessa the Musical and Lapopessa the Concert staff, cast, and attendees must follow CDC and state COVID19 mandates and recommendations.

PARKING.
Please park in the Municipal Parking Lot behind the Town Hall between School St. and Mechanic St.

ARRIVAL TIMES.
Please arrive promptly to auditions (a little early would be much appreciated), rehearsals, and performances. The cast must arrive 45 minutes before performances.

TALENT RELEASES and Letter of Agreement.
All cast and crew must read and sign the Lapopessa the Musical Concert TALENT RELEASE FORM and Letter of Agreement.

STIPENDS.
Lapopessa the Musical Concert will pay a stipend to the cast and crew. Details are available here: www.lapopessa.com/cast-crew.html http://www.lapopessa.com/cast-crew.html

TICKETS.
Cast members may have two complimentary tickets to each performance if tickets are available on that day (more as available).

AIR CONDITIONING.
The Barre Town Hall is not air-conditioned.

CONCESSION.
Complimentary bottled water will always be available to cast and crew. Please, no food during auditions, rehearsals, and performances.

REHEARSAL MATERIALS.
The cast and crew will receive sheet music, lyric sheets, and scripts. In addition, backing vocal tracks and melody instrumentals are available online: www.lapopessa.com

AUDITIONING.
If you are auditioning for a lead role, please come prepared to sing a song from the show. We will be ready to play any song from the show for your audition. But there will also be bluetooth speakers available for you to pair with if you bring your own backing track.
